• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

• 7 to 12 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Research Organization

• Strong knowledge of carbon accounting and reporting standards.

• Experience with renewable energy projects, energy efficiency measures, and environmental engineering.

• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.        

• Proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies.     

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.        

• Experience in business development and project management.        

• Knowledge of lifecycle assessment and carbon sequestration techniques.        

• Familiarity with waste management and circular economy principles.

• Lead climate change and decarbonization initiatives, including Net-zero strategies, energy efficiency, renewable energy integration, carbon markets (offset/ trading, CCUS), ESG reporting, and circular economy practices.

• Provide expertise on decarbonization strategies, governance, regulatory frameworks, GHG assessments (GHG Protocol, CDM), and energy management, while advising on sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD).

• Manage and mentor teams, conduct capacity-building initiatives, and provide training and workshops on climate change, decarbonization, and emerging technologies.

• Develop and implement tailored climate strategies for industries, conduct energy/resource audits, life cycle assessments, and promote water stewardship and sustainable energy solutions.

• Oversee climate and carbon financing projects, prepare technical proposals, and collaborate with stakeholders to adopt innovative and sustainable practices aligned with global trends.
