Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile
∎ Minimum requirement is Graduation in any subject related to manufacturing.
∎ Graduation degree in textile and apparel manufacturing is preferred
∎ Post-graduation in subjects relevant to Sustainability / application of digital technology in manufacturing sector will be added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working in strategy projects, market analysis, techno-economic viability report
∎ preparation, ESG projects, Implementation of digital technology with private companies and development bodies in textile and apparel sector
∎ Supporting Project Manager in project delivery and discussion with clients. Carrying out primary and desk research and analysis.
∎ Supporting senior members of the team with business development initiatives including proposal / bid development
∎ Responsible for maintaining and updating company's knowledge base on regular basis
∎ Work will require travelling across Bangladesh & abroad

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with consulting background will be preferred
∎ Technical understanding of the ESG aspects relevant to manufacturing sector / textile manufacturing processes and / Or Technical understanding of application of digital technology in textile and apparel manufacturing sector
∎ Good communication and presentation skills
∎ Good in data analysis, development of presentation and report
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Candidates with experience of working in project related to Sustainability / EHS /
∎ Industry 4.0 in any leading textile and apparel manufacturers or brands or development agencies will be preferred
