Experience:

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Neonatology
• Fellowship of the College of Physicians and Surgeons (FCPS) in Neonatology

• Fellowship or specialized training in Neonatology is highly preferred.

• Must hold a valid registration with the BMDC (Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council).

• 5 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Age 28 to 50 years

• Exceptional clinical judgment.

• Proficiency in neonatal life support (NLS).

• Expert in intubation of premature neonates).

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

• Clinical Management: Provide 24/7 clinical oversight for neonates in the NICU and nursery, managing complex cases such as respiratory distress, sepsis, and congenital conditions.

• Procedures: Perform essential neonatal procedures, including intubation, umbilical catheterization, lumbar punctures, and surfactant administration.

• Emergency Care: Lead neonatal resuscitation efforts during high-risk deliveries and stabilize critically ill newborns.

• Collaborative Care: Work closely with the pediatric surgery, obstetrics, and nursing teams to develop and implement multi-disciplinary treatment plans.

• Family Communication: Counsel parents regarding their infant’s condition, treatment options, and long-term prognosis with empathy and clarity.

• Administrative Contribution: Assist in the development of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives to enhance neonatal outcomes.
