Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/diploma in graphic design with three-years of hands-on experience in designing of SBCC/BCC/IEC, promotional and communication materials
Job Context:
∎ Ipas Bangladesh is seeking applications from hardworking, sincere, and cheerful individuals for the following position.
∎ Consultant for Supporting SBCC Materials and Audio-visual Documentations (per week 2 days office in base location at Dhaka)
∎ DURATION/ WORK PERIOD:
∎ One year contract (per week 2 days office in base location at Dhaka)
∎ REMUNERATION AND OTHER SUPPORT FROM THE PROGRAM
∎ Negotiable as per organizational policy
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The designer/consultant will be responsible for the following tasks:
∎ Develop design/prototype of SBCC/BCC/IEC/communication material as required by projects and organization.
∎ Develop design of inside and cover pages of training, orientation or workshop manual/module/handout and Job Aid as per contents provided.
∎ Develop prototype of newsletter, brochure, pagers, factsheet, poster, billboard, leaflet, flipchart, signboard, dangler etc. as per guidance of communication team.
∎ Develop design of social media platforms like facebook, youtube, Instagram, twiter etc. and communication platforms like Website, Apps, Linkedin etc.
∎ Support and engage with team for field testing of message and materials, get feedback and modify design accordingly.
∎ Assist and support communication team to photography and videography, editing, and finalization
∎ DELIVERABLES:
∎ Develop workplan as per guidance of communication team and deliver products as per plan
∎ Final design and development of soft and hard version of SBCC/BCC/IEC/promotional materials, social media platforms design, website design with Ai file including jpj, pnj and other formats for the project and organization as guided by communication team.
∎ Support communication team in archiving all printed, audio-visual, and soft materials produced by project and Ipas Bangladesh.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferable work experience in development sector
∎ Experience in audio-visual documentary making
∎ Experience in editing of the design social media platforms and development Apps.
