Experience in visa consultancy or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication skills (both Bangla & English).
Strong telecommunication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage end-to-end visa processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation.
Provide professional consultation and guidance to clients through phone, WhatsApp, and direct communication.
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering trust and quality service.
Stay updated with immigration policies, visa regulations, and country-specific requirements.
Ensure efficient, timely, and successful completion of visa applications.
