Job Context:
∎ Ipas Bangladesh in collaboration with Heathridge Foundation and with financial support from Global Affairs Canada is implementing five years (September, 2021 - September, 2025) project titled "Improving Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights in Dhaka". BAPSA is one of the project partner organizations is responsible for conducting The `client exit interview` is to evaluate project-supported selected interventions health facilities in Dhaka Division for increased availability, accessibility, and quality of FP (general, postpartum, and postabortion), MR, PAC and SGBV services from the perspective of women and adolescent girls seeking care at these facilities. Information from this study will be used to improve our understanding of how women and adolescent girls` access and experience care at project-supported health facilities, shaping the programmatic inputs. The study findings will be used to plan FP, MR-PAC and SGBV services strengthening facilities and community awareness-building activities in the future project years.
∎ BAPSA is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced consultant to conduct data analysis and write a comprehensive report on Family Planning (FP), Menstrual regulation (MR) and Post Abortion Care (PAC) service client exit interviews (CEI). The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of the FP, MR & PAC services provided from the project intervention health facilities and gather insights from client experiences to enhance the quality of care at those intervention health facilities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review existing Family Planning and MR PAC service client exit interview data.
∎ Utilize appropriate data analysis methods to extract meaningful insights from the data.
∎ Identify strengths and weaknesses in the current situation to provide Family Planning, MR PAC and SGBV services.
∎ Develop recommendations based on the data analysis to enhance the overall quality of services.
∎ Draft a comprehensive report that includes an executive summary, methodology, findings, recommendations, and appendices as necessary.
∎ Prepare a four (04) pager based on highlights of CEI study findings.
∎ Deliverables:
∎ Inception Report: Outline the consultant's approach, methodology, and work plan within the first week of engagement.
∎ Data Analysis Report: Present findings and insights derived from the Family Planning, MR PAC service client exit interview data.
∎ Final Report: A comprehensive document including an executive summary, methodology, findings, recommendations, and any additional annexes or appendices (including a 4-pager on CEI highlights).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Demonstrated experience in data analysis and report writing in the field of reproductive health, maternal care, or family planning.
∎ Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
∎ Familiarity with Family Planning, MR PAC services and relevant international guidelines and standards.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
