Job Responsibilities:
∎ SPECIFIC TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The consultant will be responsible for the following tasks- a. Conduct a needs assessment of the required services for effective referral support for the targeted women and adolescents under the project at City Corporation of Dhaka, Narayanganj and Gazipur. b. Conduct a review and mapping of current practice of referral supports available at the government and non-government in City Corporations of Dhaka, Narayanganj and Gazipur. c. Design referral mechanism with referral pathway/s through consultations with the key stakeholders to provide referral support to SGBV survivors of different levels (health, psycho-social, legal and rehabilitation) including a strategic outline to establish the referral mechanism and its management process.
∎ DELIVERABLES: A report on the needs assessment of the levels of referral services required. An analysis of the current practice of referral supports available at the government and non-government in country. A referral mechanism with a referral pathway to provide referral support for different levels of SGBV survivors. Detailed report of the consultative process. Formal sharing of the findings. Finalization of the document adjusting with the suggestions. Activity Completion Report.
