Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / Diploma on Catering/ Stewarding from a well reputed Institute.
∎ A foreign educational degree will be preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide beverage and food product information, selection & suggestion.
∎ Assembling the Ice cream as per recipe & following guidelines.
∎ Develop Inventory management systems and restocking levels of sections and supplies.
∎ Food and beverage recording, preparation.
∎ Following recipe specifications ensuring consistent quality of all "treat".
∎ Following all food handling rules and regulations.
∎ Develop a new range of products of soft Ice Creams using locally available resources.
∎ Develop complete recipe portion chart and service manual for the new line of products.
∎ Develop cost sheets for the new line of products.
∎ Develop detailed training plans for staff with regards to soft serve Ice cream.
∎ Conduct hands-on training for Ice Cream to the respective staff.
∎ Ensure quality control at the outlets with regards to Ice cream.
∎ Conduct hands-on training for Repair & Maintenance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 35 years
∎ 3-5 years experience in food sector- Ice cream preparation or cone artist
∎ Excellent communication skill in English
∎ Ability to work under pressure to meet the target
Salary: Negotiable
