∎ Location: Cox`s Bazar District (Ukhiya, Teknaf, Moheshkhali, Kutubdia, Ramu, Pakua, Cox`s Bazar Sadar Upazilas)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct field assessment, site planning, supervision and management of construction works;
∎ Ensuring work together with WFP Engineering team to deliver the quality of work within agreed deadlines.
∎ Regular site visits to supervise construction works/processes and provide training to the Cash for Workers as and when required.
∎ Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.
∎ Reporting of all health & safety incidents and accidents
∎ Ensure quality of work during the construction phase that complies with WFP standards.
∎ perform daily or regular housekeeping in the project working areas.
∎ Reporting daily site diary to his/her line manager considering different constructions records (like, workforce, Consumption of materials)
∎ Construction supervisor shall be responsible to track the project progress, track the consumption and requisition of materials and workforce.
∎ Any other activities as assigned
∎ Each Construction Supervisor will be responsible for the smooth implementation of the schemes in the field for the assigned camp.
∎ Key deliverable
∎ Activity Completion Certification
∎ Daily site diary through WhatsApp or other prescribes tools.
∎ Materials and workforce record
∎ Heath Safety incident reports.
∎ GPS coordinates (head to tail, where applicable)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least three years of experience in the relevant field and relevant position. Working experience in Cox's Bazar Rohingya context with donors like WFP, and UNHCR will be an added advantage.
∎ Efficient computer literacy (especially MS Office applications)
∎ Efficient in AutoCAD
∎ Strong ability to work with the team
∎ Strong ability in problem-solving and decision-making.
∎ Skill in documentation, facilitation & reporting.
∎ Excellent communications skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Ability to work under pressure and under a multi-sectoral / multi-disciplined team approach
∎ Having non-discriminatory and gender-sensitive perception
∎ To protect children in connection
∎ Willingness and ability to drive a motorcycle in the field as and when required and should have a valid driving license
Salary:
∎ BDT 47,250/month (inclusive all)
