Job Context:
∎ Under the mentorship and direct supervision of the Consortium Coordinator, the position will be responsible for arranging events, making presentations, producing meeting records, supporting to documentation and maintaining a communication network among the relevant stakeholders.
∎ Job Location: IRC Bangladesh, Coxsbazar Office.
∎ Contract Length: 31 August 2023 (with possibility of extension)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Highlights of Key Responsibilities
∎ Project Management and Documentation:
∎ Support the Consortium Coordinator with program implementation including visits to the field to identify the challenges in implementation of the activities and development of technical tools related to the consortium project (ToRs).
∎ Under direction of the Consortium Coordinator, develop and maintain a system of record keeping for the consortium program that keeps accurate and up-to-date records of all consortium data and information related to the program.
∎ Prepare information as required for various internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Support Consortium Coordinator and Consortium MEAL Manager to update the PCM dashboard through collecting information from relevant personnel of consortium members.
∎ Assist the MEAL Manager with Consortium MEAL activities such as data management and analysis, program evaluation and assessments and documentation of lessons learnt to be shared with consortium partners.
∎ Support Consortium Coordinator as per his/her instructions.
∎ Reporting:
∎ Support Consortium Coordinator to develop quarterly report, annual report, event report, meeting minutes etc.
∎ Collect the reports from consortium members and compile them in prescribed format.
∎ Assist to develop project materials (IEC).
∎ Support Consortium Coordinator for preparing the Power Point Presentation on project update and other purposes.
∎ Event Management:
∎ Prepare event checklist, agenda and event budget.
∎ Manage the logistics arrangement of the events (banner, materials arrangement etc.).
∎ Create participant lists and follow up on event attendance.
∎ Come up with new and innovative ideas-both for events and event promotion.
∎ Gather feedback and data after an event and use it to inform decisions/future.
∎ Communication:
∎ Keep regular contacts with consortium field staff on progress of activities/ challenges and provide monthly briefs to the Consortium Coordinator.
∎ Communicate with consortium partners and collect information if they require any support. Make sure the support in consultation with Consortium Coordinator.
∎ Complete any other tasks as required by Line Manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 60 years
∎ Minimum bachelor’s degree in social work, social sciences, or other relevant fields
∎ 1-3 years working in an administrative or support role
∎ Experience managing events
∎ Experience coordinating with various stakeholders
∎ Previous experience working with an NGO is preferred
∎ Good organizational skills, team spirit, and capacity to work with little supervision.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and flexibility in working under pressure.
∎ Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
∎ High computer literacy with a full knowledge of office applications.
∎ Excellent English drafting and editing skills.
∎ Ability to maintain consistently high standards of professional behavior and achievement when working independently and as part of a team.
∎ Ability to manage stress, problem solving and make decisions.
∎ Strong skills in coordination, communication, and reporting.
∎ Demonstrable commitment to gender-sensitive practices.
∎ Interpersonal and Organizational skills.
