Responsibilities & Context:
Accurately input patient information, laboratory results, and billing data into the Hospital Information System (HIS) or Electronic Health Records (EHR).
Prepare, format, and print diagnostic reports (USG, CT Scan, MRI, X-ray) based on technical data provided by physicians.
Monitor server performance, perform backups to prevent data loss, and maintain hardware like printers and workstations.
Identify and resolve basic IT, network, or hardware issues, and liaise with IT staff for major issues.
Ensure the security of patient data, adhere to privacy policies, and manage daily data reports
