Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Input and format documents such as letters, memos, reports, forms, and spreadsheets using word processing software.
∎ Ensure accurate spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting according to company standards.
∎ Proofread and edit documents for errors or inconsistencies before finalizing.
∎ Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, or other electronic formats with speed and accuracy.
∎ Verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency, making corrections as needed.
∎ Maintain data confidentiality and integrity by following established procedures.
∎ Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring proper storage and easy retrieval.
∎ Label and categorize documents for easy identification and access.
∎ Assist in the digitization of paper documents and files as needed.
∎ Prepare and distribute correspondence, emails, and other written communications as instructed.
∎ Coordinate with team members or supervisors to gather information or clarify instructions.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and filing correspondence.
