Euro Foods Group is a UK & USA based food service and wholesale company expanding its tele-sales and administrative operations in Bangladesh. We are setting up our Dhaka office and looking for energetic, English-speaking tele-sales executives to join our growing international sales team.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate fluently with US-based customers to take food service and wholesale orders.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally in English and preferrably US accent.

• Input customer orders accurately into the system and ensure timely processing.

• Promote online (web) ordering and help customers with account support.

• Coordinate with US and Bangladesh operations teams to ensure smooth service.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.

• Must Be Well-Mannered

• Festival Bonus: 2

Attractive fixed salary (based on experience).

Commission:

0.25% commission on web-based paid orders.

Example:

• £10K weekly web orders = ~৳15,000 commission/month

• £30K weekly web orders = ~৳45,000 commission/month

• £60K weekly web orders = ~৳90,000 commission/month
