• Enter and manage data accurately in company systems including all databases.

• Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and ensure proper filing of records (both digital and paper-based).

• Operate office software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database programs as per company needs.

• Assist departments with documentation, formatting letters, memos, and presentations.

• Regularly back up data and maintain security of digital files.

• Monitor office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.) and report issues to IT or Admin.

• Provide administrative and clerical support as assigned by supervisors.

• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and report generation.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company information.

• Preparing invoice against sales order in software

• To allocate the invoice in software

• To prepare various kind of report according to sales

• Maintaining Database and update on a daily basis based on need

• Generate different reports & email to the concern department head

• To prepare and maintain all kind of draft in MS Word, Excel or any other MS Tools

• Prepare various kind of letters, Memo etc

• Any other task assigned by the management.
