Responsibilities & Context: Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and diligent Compliance Officer to join our team in Bangladesh. This role is crucial to ensuring that UNIVIVE adheres to local and international regulatory requirements, particularly in managing student recruitment and application processes. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for overseeing compliance-related tasks, managing relationships with universities, agents, and students, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the recruitment and admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
Application and Admission Process Management:
- Oversee the entire application and admission process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and process student applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with university requirements.
- Coordinate with universities to facilitate admissions and address any issues that arise during the process.
Communication with Universities and Agents:
- Maintain regular communication with universities and agents via email, phone, and meetings.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with education agents and universities to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.
- Address queries and provide updates to universities and agents regarding student applications and admissions.
Student Interaction and Interview Preparation:
- Communicate with prospective students to guide them through the application and admission process.
- Prepare students for university interviews, providing tips and guidance to enhance their performance.
- Address any concerns or questions students may have throughout the process.
Administrative Duties:
- Manage administrative tasks related to the admissions process, including maintaining records and documentation.
- Ensure efficient management of office resources and operations to support the admissions process.
- Coordinate and organise recruitment fairs, seminars, and other related events.
Reporting and Coordination:
- Prepare regular reports for the Director on compliance status, admissions progress, and other relevant metrics.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance requirements are integrated into business processes.
- Assist the Director with any additional tasks as required.
