The Society for Health Extension and Development (SHED), a national NGO dedicated to serving communities in Cox's Bazar and Noakhali, is currently looking for experienced professionals. We are implementing a multi-sectoral project, "Comprehensive, Integrated Multi-Sector Response for Rohingya Refugees and Host Communities in Cox’s Bazar," with support from Concern Worldwide. This project, which is funded by PRM, will be active from September 2025 to November 30, 2025. We invite applications from qualified candidates for the position listed below:

Exact Job Location: Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar District
Reportable to: Project Officer
Contract details: Up to November 2025
Job purpose: Technical leadership of the implementation of the nutrition and food security components of the PRM-funded programme to ensure quality service delivery, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and coordination with relevant authorities and stakeholders in the field.
Liaises with: Nutrition site supervisors and other projects / programmes operating in the same areas for mutual support and activity integration towards collective multi-sectoral impact on nutrition outcomes of the target programme participants.
Responsibilities:
Project Implementation
Ensure identification of nutritionally high-risk groups (Children, Mother, Adolescents) and households in the community
Ensure breastfeeding protection, promotion and support for nutritionally high-risk groups
Ensure complementary feeding support for nutritionally high-risk households to facilitate recovery from treatment and prevent further deterioration of malnutrition.
Coordination
Liaise with govt. authorities at the camp level and maintain coordination and collaboration.
Liaise with other Concern project field teams to ensure integration of all projects within SHED for smooth operation and mutual support.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Support MEAL team to create database of the programme participants
Participate in regular team meetings to share activity progress and learning.
Ensure that the feedback mechanism for accountability to staff and beneficiaries is operational in the programme areas.
Reporting
Share weekly field activities updates with the Project Officer
Support in the preparation of monthly statistical report and narrative reports
Accountability
Actively promote meaningful community participation and consultation at all stages of the project cycle (planning, implementation, M&E);
Work with relevant colleagues to ensure that the Complaints and Response Mechanism (CRM) is functional and accessible and that feedback and complaints are welcomed and addressed;
Work with relevant colleagues to ensure that information about CRM, safeguarding and expected staff behaviour is disseminated among programme participants and communities
