Habitat for Humanity International (“HFHI”) is a non-profit faith-based organisation dedicated to eliminating substandard housing and homelessness worldwide and to making adequate, affordable shelter a matter of conscience and action. Habitat for Humanity International Bangladesh office (HFHI-B) is currently looking for interested and qualified candidates for the following position.
Works location: National Office, Dhaka
Expected starting date: 1-2-2026
Reports to: Program Manager
Dotted-line Technical Supervision: Not Applicable
Type of contract: Full time employment
Duration: Till 30 November 2026

Purpose:
The Community Mobilizer will support in the effective implementation of Habitat for Humanity Bangladesh (HFHB)’s GMF-funded Resilient Bhashantek project by facilitating inclusive community engagement and participation. The position is responsible for mobilizing informal settlement communities to engage in project activities through household consultations, assessments, mapping, workshops, and other participatory processes.
