Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and regular update the beneficiary list for emergency deployment.
∎ Deploy CfW in emergency responses and ad-hoc requests.
∎ Closely work with M&E and Database Officer to support other regular beneficiary, data and digitization management activities.
∎ Liaison and coordination with RRRC, CIC, site management, sectors, and implementation committee.
∎ Ensure quality & timely reporting.
∎ Close coordination and Liaison with WFP Prepare a monthly financial report with necessary supporting and timely submission
∎ Any other activities as assigned
∎ Key deliverables
∎ Community (beneficiary) Mobilization Officer will be responsible for primarily prepare and update emergency response CfW list and act on ad-hoc requests. Secondarily, that person will support to other data management activities.
∎ Key deliverables
∎ Beneficiary list for emergency response.
∎ Respond on emergency requests.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least two years of experience in the relevant field and relevant position. Working experience in Cox's Bazar Rohingya context with donors like WFP, and UNHCR will be an added advantage.
∎ Efficient computer literacy (especially MS Office applications)
∎ Strong ability to work with the team
∎ Strong ability in problem-solving and decision-making.
∎ Skill in documentation, facilitation & reporting.
∎ Excellent communications skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Ability to work under pressure and under a multi-sectoral / multi-disciplined team approach
∎ Having non-discriminatory and gender-sensitive perception
∎ To protect children in connection
∎ Willingness and ability to drive a motorcycle in the field as and when required and should have a valid driving license
