Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in social science/journalism/communication or in related field but master's degree is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year working experience in developing and designing social media pages and digital communication platforms.
∎ Working experience on contraceptive care, MR/PAC services and SGBV issues and experience as a youth activist to promote sexual and reproductive health and rights of women and girls including awareness creation will be considered as an added value.
∎ Candidate has the expertism in identifying and solving problems in social media and digital communication platform use.
∎ Ability to frequently travel to the field at least 25% for monitoring, follow up/survey.
∎ Computer skills in MS Word, Excel & PPT, and Bangla typing and editing.

Salary:
∎ Ipas Bangladesh will offer an annual salary of BDT 756,000 and other benefits as per organizational policies.
