∎ The applicant should have experience in tender making, E-GP software use, and online.
∎ Tender submitting skills. The Applicant should be flexible and should have the mentality to learn new work/projects as per the direction of the Project Director.
∎ The Applicant should have a great communication skill and should follow up on different matters at the same time.
∎ The applicant should have experience in multitasking.
∎ Grammatical knowledge.
∎ Typing speed Bangla & English (minimum 30 words per minute).
∎ 50% Office work & 50% Field work.
