  • Good organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in continental kitchen environment.



Responsibilities & Context:

Commis 1 / Commis 2, At 3 To 5 Star Restaurants In KSA Is Responsible For Assisting In The Preparation And Cooking Of High-Quality Dishes Under The Supervision Of The World Class Chefs. The Role Involves Learning And Executing Basic Cooking Techniques, Ensuring Food Safety And Hygiene, And Maintaining Kitchen Organization.

  • Monitors kitchen equipment and reports issues to superiors.

  • Continually develops culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals.

  • Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings.

  • Washes, chops, and cuts fruit, meat, and vegetable items.

  • Assesses inventory and requests resupply when necessary.

  • Plates meal items under the chef de parties supervision.

  • Disposes of spoiled items and adheres to sanitation policies.
