∎ Applicant should have experience in following area (s): Trade & Corporate customer sales and marketing relationship management, Advertising & Promotion, Corporate Marketing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To deal with Marketing and Sales of Steel Rod with network Partners/Dealers and various clients and must have the capacity to sell 12000 – 15000 Tons of Steel Rod per month.
∎ The position shall be responsible for handling sale of MS bar/ Rod and leading the sales team
∎ To develop the new network partners to ensure the more market penetration
∎ To take initiatives and push the network partners and team members to increase the retail coverage.
∎ Must have the experience to work with Nationwide Dealers & Traders, Corporate House ,Real Estate, Developers and Contractor
∎ The position requires experience to deal with MES/ PWD/ LGRD/ Education Engineering, and other Govt. Department.
∎ The applicant should have efficient communication and negotiation skill to deal with potential buyers.
∎ To execute sales plans for achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
∎ Excellent manner with good team player and leadership quality to lead the team
∎ Monthly/yearly sales forecasting & planning and achieve the target.
