Job Context:
∎ We are looking for an experienced cloud engineer to work with our engineering team to develop, implement, optimize, and maintain cloud-based solutions. You will be responsible for deploying and debugging cloud stacks, educating teams on new cloud initiatives, and ensuring the security of the cloud infrastructure.
∎ To be successful as a cloud engineer, you should be able to identify the most optimal cloud-based solutions for our clients and maintain cloud infrastructures in accordance with best practices and company security policies. A top-notch cloud engineer should have excellent troubleshooting skills, stay current with industry trends, and should be a team player.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Networking principles and protocols such as IP subnetting, routing, firewall rules, Virtual Private Cloud, Load Balancer, Cloud DNS, Cloud CDN, etc.
∎ Be a trusted technical adviser to customers and solve complex Cloud Infrastructure and Networking challenges.
∎ Provide GCP technical expertise for POCs, drafting RFP responses, SOW creation etc., in support of the overall sales life-cycle and consulting engagement process.
∎ Assess the cloud requirements of customers.
∎ Prepare cloud solution proposals based on customer requirements and customer onboarding in the cloud platform.
∎ Attend customer meetings with the pre-sales team.
∎ Supporting the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical requirements.
∎ Design the HA / DR strategies Setup process, services and tools around the cloud oversee the build of the environment and executes the migration plan.
∎ Architect and implement DevSecOps processes and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Ansible, Jenkins, Chef, and Spinnaker.
∎ Provide cloud support to customers.
∎ Prepare technical customer case study.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years

∎ At least 1-3 year (s) of experience in Cloud Computing, Cloud Engineer, Cloud Architect.
∎ Be able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders to gather needed.
∎ Experience in GCP management (e.g., Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage).
∎ Good communication skills and also requirement collection skills to prepare a cloud solution.
∎ Knowledge of Application Monitoring using Google Stack driver.
∎ Experience with Big Data on GCP - Big Query, Pub/Sub, Data proc, Data flow.
∎ Prior experience working with Container technology such as Docker, Version control systems (Github), Build management and CI/CD tools (Concourse, Jenkins), and Monitoring tools (App Dynamics), etc.
∎ Experience with infrastructure configuration management tools such as Terraform, Puppet and Chef.
∎ Experience in designing and maintaining internet-facing production-grade applications in distributed virtualized or containerized environments.
∎ Prefer Google Cloud Certified (Google Professional Cloud Network Engineer, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Google Cloud and Google Workspace Technical Credentials) candidates.
∎ Knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
∎ Knowledge of operating systems on Linux, and Windows.
∎ Good communication skills and also requirement collection skills to prepare a cloud solution.
∎ Prefer Google Cloud Certified (Google Professional Cloud Network Engineer, Google Associate Cloud Engineer, Google Cloud and Google Workspace Technical Credentials) candidates.
∎ Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases is a plus.
∎ Experience architecting an entire cloud environment including account structure and network controls such as VPN, Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), subnets, Firewall rules, and security groups.
∎ Experience with SysOps.
∎ Strong familiarity with systems engineering, cluster computing and programming theory.
