Job Context:
∎ RHSTEP is the pioneer non-government organization in the arena of safe MR services and training for more than three decades in Bangladesh. RHSTEP has continuing its activities in 20 districts of Bangladesh. Every year approximately 6,50,000 women, men including youth adolescents and children receive health care services, education and awareness support through its 26 centers. Now RHSTEP is going to support the project titled Anon 20- Sexual and Reproductive Care for Rohingya Refugees in Bangladesh funded by Ipas Global.
∎ The mass repatriation of hundreds of thousands of Rohingya to Myanmar is unlikely in the foreseeable future. To address severe overcrowding in the Cox`s Bazar refugee camps, in December 2020, the government of Bangladesh began relocating Rohingya families to Bhasan Char, a remote island in the Bay of Bengal. The overall goal of this project is to reduce unintended pregnancies and improve Rohingya women`s and adolescents` access to high-quality SRH services in Bangladesh. The primary focus will be on increasing access to modern contraceptive care to meet the high demand for this service-over 86% of SRH services provided in the camps to date have been for contraceptive care. However, trainings, technical assistance, and support to facilities, healthcare providers, and communities will also include capacity building and support related to the provision of safe, high-quality MR and PAC.
∎ Length of contract 05 months

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having good facilitation skill to conduct training (especially on FP, MR & PAC services, QoC and IPC).
∎ Having the quality to organize a training.
∎ Having good mentorship quality to provide need based onsite support to the service providers at the selected service centers at Cox's bazar and Vashanchor.
∎ Having good communication skill to conduct Coordination meeting with Local stake holders & Govt. counterpart at Cox's bazar to create an enabling environment.
∎ Having quality of supervision and monitoring of the service providers and service centers for ensuring quality care.
∎ Having good communication and oversee of the service providers and periodic assessment of service provision for improving service status
∎ Have to prepare the event and training report and submission to PM- RHSTEP
∎ Carry out other duties as assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience on SRHR services will be given preference.
∎ Trained on MR/PAC/ MRM/FP services will be given preference.
∎ Having interest to work for Rohingya Refugees in Bangladesh.
∎ Having interest to work for youth in a youth friendly manner with utmost privacy & confidentiality.
∎ Maintain safe and clean working environment and encourage others to do the same.
∎ Having good computer skills on - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and using internet.

Salary:
∎ BDT 72,000 (Consolidated)

∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ As per organization policy.
