Responsibilities & Context:
BAPSA is presently carrying out the project "Emergency Response for Availability and Accessibility of Quality MR, PAC Services for Rohingya Refugees," with support from UNFPA. In order to ensure the successful completion of the project, a Clinical Trainer and Mentor (Physician) are called upon on an emergency basis, which is required for Noakhali, Bhasanchar.
Jonining Date: 01-02-2025
Location: Bhasan-Char, Hatia, Noankhali.
Role and Responsibilities:·
- Possess the clinical knowledge necessary to care for patients and mentor younger team members,particularly mid-level service providers.carrying out administrative tasks and controlling hazards.
- Assure and uphold the highest standards of patient care.Confirm the intricate diagnosis and assist with treatment strategies.
- Work with consultants and mentor medical professionals.Oversee allotted funds and pinpoint areas where patient care needs to be improved.
- Stay up-to-date on developments in the field and support medical research initiatives.
- Verify adherence to safety guidelines and healthcare requirements.
- In addition to communicating with the administrative and project lead partners, report to senior management.
- Make sure that medical recordkeeping procedures are accurate and consistent.
- Any additional project-related tasks that the management may designate on a case-by-case basis.
