Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The main purpose of this job role is to offer support services to study abroad agents and education counsellors who have student candidates who wish to attend one of our partner universities. You will oversee a team of representatives who will work closely with the agents and our university partners to ensure the student application process is as smooth as possible, by ensuring the SAMS team and our clients are able to assess student profiles and suggest the best possible combination (university, course, intake, cost etc.).
∎ Duties may include but are not limited to:
∎ Guide the team to submit the application on time using different types of application methods i.e. paper based applications. online application and through agent portal.
∎ Regular communication with the overseas universities & colleges (predominantly UK-based) for different issues like chasing for the pending decisions, getting the offer letters in time, sharing different types of requirements/documents with universities etc.
∎ Train and monitor the Client Service Coordinator (CSC) team members.
∎ Supervise CSC team members and solve any kind of issues or concerns.
∎ Support the conversion team to help convert the offer holder students into joined students. with the queries.
∎ Coordinate with BD, Nigeria, UK franchise for facilitating their needs.
∎ Build good relationships with university key contact people.
∎ Address the bugs in the system and share feedback on ways to make the system more user friendly, efficient & effective.
∎ Schedule regular meetings with BD & UK franchise, ensuring all internal team members follow the process with due diligence.
∎ Act as a main contact person for complaints and escalate the issues as appropriate.
∎ Solving the problematic cases with good assessment and providing the alternative solution.
∎ Collaborate with internal team members to address agencies' needs and requirements..
∎ Prepare a list for the potential students to follow up regularly.
∎ Make a seperate list of joined students for accounts with detailed information.
∎ Support the management team when any kind of information is requested for.
∎ Fill out the agreement form with the University.
∎ Focal point with the whole team members or franchise for any kind of student or university related information.

∎ Excellent verbal & written communication skills, fluent in both in English & Bengali.
∎ Able to work with a range of software packages, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
∎ Ability to handle any challenging situation.
∎ Can work under pressure.
∎ Intention to be a good leader in a team.
