Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Advertising Agency

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take and prepare creative briefs with attention to detail.
∎ Create and execute campaign plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
∎ Identify resources needed within the company and assign individual responsibilities.
∎ Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
∎ Review all deliverable jobs prepared by team before sending to client.
∎ Prepare for reviews and quality assurance procedures.
∎ Minimize organization exposure and risk on projects.
∎ Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
∎ Manage project budgets. Ensure timely and accurate billing, and monitors receivables for project. Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
∎ Build relationships and grow the business.
∎ Achieve business and revenue targets while at the same time ensuring that the requisite profit margins are maintained.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Full benefits package including Performance Bonus, Festival Bonus.
