Responsibilities & Context:
ক্লিনিকের Front Desk পরিচালনা ও দৈনন্দিন Reception কার্যক্রম সঠিকভাবে পরিচালনা করা।
ক্লায়েন্টদের হাসিমুখে Welcome করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান করা।
ফোন কল, WhatsApp, Facebook/Messenger ও অন্যান্য যোগাযোগের মাধ্যমে Client Query Handle করা।
Client Appointment নেওয়া, Schedule তৈরি করা এবং Appointment Confirmation করা।
Appointment অনুযায়ী Client Follow-up করা এবং No-show Client-দের পুনরায় যোগাযোগ করা।
বিভিন্ন Aesthetic Treatment, Package, Price ও Basic Service সম্পর্কে Client-কে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদান করা।
নতুন Client-এর তথ্য সংগ্রহ করে Software/CRM-এ সঠিকভাবে Entry করা।
Client-এর Treatment History ও Appointment Records আপডেট রাখা।
Doctor/Consultant/Beautician/Technician-এর Appointment Schedule সমন্বয় করা।
Treatment নেওয়ার আগে Client-এর প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য ও Basic Consultation Process সম্পন্ন করতে সহায়তা করা।
Package Sales ও Treatment Booking-এর ক্ষেত্রে Client-কে Professionalভাবে Guide করা।
Client-এর Feedback, Complaint ও প্রয়োজনীয় Requests যথাযথভাবে গ্রহণ করা।
