About the Role
We seek a highly mobile Civil Engineer and project Coordinator dedicated to managing projects across Bangladesh. This role requires a complete commitment to traveling and working at various project sites nationwide, ensuring quality construction and interior works from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution Nationwide:
- Willingness to relocate/travel to any project location in Bangladesh
- Oversee multiple construction/interior projects simultaneously across different regions
- Conduct frequent site visits (minimum 50% field work)
Design & Supervision:
- Prepare and approve technical drawings for diverse regional projects
- Adapt designs to local conditions and material availability
- Supervise subcontractors across all project locations
Cross-Country Coordination:
- Maintain constant communication between HQ and remote sites
- Resolve location-specific challenges (logistics, labor, materials)
- Ensure consistent quality standards across all projects
