Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Industrial & residential construction layout & project management (e.g., managing budgets, resources, and deadlines; acquiring and compiling quotes).
∎ Coordination with architect, designers & interior contractor & overseeing the interior & structural-related finishing.
∎ Perform Renovation & repairing related tasks.
∎ Taking up other related works assigned by the managing director.
