∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Having experienced in RMG industries security management
∎ Must have ability to provide leadership
∎ Willingness to work under pressure

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the operations of the security team, ensuring effective performance and adherence to company policies.
∎ Ensuring 24-hour security at various important places, starting from the entrance and exit of the factory.
∎ Ensure that the necessary gate passes, invoices are checked and documented correctly when goods leave the factory.
∎ Allowing entry into the factory by identifying authorized persons.
∎ Ensure the safeguard of all project assets, including personnel, machinery and materials.
∎ Ensure proper allocation and management of security resources, including personnel, technology and equipment.
∎ Manage and oversee security related incidents, investigations and reporting.
∎ Perform any other work as and when required by the management.
