∎ 15 to 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design innovative and unique solutions to optimize routine news coverage in TV and online news portal
∎ Prepare work schedule and deadlines and encourage team members to meet targets and facilitate timely news publication on TV and online news portal
∎ Design and implement coverage strategies to facilitate wide coverage of all sorts of issues and news.
∎ Provide training to news reporters on news selection for existing viewers /readers and to gain new viewers / readers for TV and online news portal
∎ Coordinate with newsroom and other departments to define priorities for the same.
∎ Determine and decide which stories, articles, and photographs to publish and review if necessary
∎ Approve the publication's layout, design, style, and tone
∎ Develop editorial pieces to contribute to the news.
∎ Prepare and manage budgets for the editorial team
∎ Represent the publication's editorial team at social functions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 15 to 18 year(s), TV and Print media experience will add value
∎ Have good writing skills and should ensure that all written contents are accurate, has correct grammar, and syntax
∎ Be creative and passionate about finding new ways to expand the brand's content
∎ Possess excellent Interpersonal skills
∎ Decide if stories are ethical and if there's enough evidence to support them
Salary:
∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
