Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare accurate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement) on a regular basis.· ·
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting standards.· ·
∎ Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management.· Budget Management:·
∎ Develop and manage budgets for various departments or projects.· ·
∎ Monitor actual spending against budgeted amounts.· ·
∎ Adjust budgets as needed based on business performance.· Cash Flow:·
∎ Forecast cash flow needs to maintain liquidity.· ·
∎ Optimize cash flow by managing receivables and payables effectively.· ·
∎ Implement strategies to address cash flow gaps.· Risk Mitigation:·
∎ Identify financial risks (credit risk, market risk, operational risk).· ·
∎ Develop risk management strategies (hedging, diversification).· ·
∎ Monitor risk exposure and take corrective actions.· Financial Policies:·
∎ Establish and enforce financial policies and procedures.· ·
∎ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.· ·
∎ Continuously review and update policies as needed.·Client Relationships:·
∎ Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and goals.· ·
∎ Regularly communicate with clients to address inquiries and concerns.· ·
∎ Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions.· Internal Communication:·
∎ Serve as the main point of contact for client-related matters within the organization.· ·
∎ Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.· ·
∎ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to meet client expectations.· Operational Procedures:·
∎ Develop and document operational procedures related to client accounts.· ·
∎ Streamline processes to enhance efficiency.· ·
∎ Train team members on account management protocols.· Data Analysis:·
∎ Analyze financial data specific to client accounts (e.g., revenue, expenses, profitability).· ·
∎ Use data insights to make informed decisions and optimize client outcomes.
