∎ Should have a proven track record with 3 to 5 years of recent experience in a CFO role
∎ Experience in the hotel industry is preferred
∎ Should have good knowledge in VAT & Tax
∎ Must have required training on balance sheet & profit and loss analysis, spread sheet analysis, Basel
∎ Unquestioned commitment to integrity & ethical decision making
∎ Must have IT Knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company's overall business objectives
∎ To guide the concerned Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc
∎ Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment
∎ Monitor and supervise all Tax and VAT
∎ Lead the overall financial management to achieve the company's short and long-term financial goals
∎ Designing, implementing, controlling and supervising all types of finance, accounts & costing matters complaining regulatory policies-procedures, preparing up-dated MIS various reports, profit margin report, bank reconciliation for the management
∎ Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to maintain financial stability
∎ Monitor monthly performance reporting, financial statements
∎ Coordinate in preparation of annual budget, and Banking liability & overdue statement prepare
∎ Analyzes financial statements, and prepares reports and recommendations to top Management concerning financial performance
∎ Understand financial laws, tax implications, regulatory mechanisms around investments and advise management for necessary action to save cost & maximize gain
∎ Assure books/records and system are kept according to accounting standards
∎ Work with various hotels, department heads to upgrade internal controls, reporting systems, corporate policies & procedures and implementation of the same where needed
∎ Liaise with the Internal Audit Department
∎ Maintain professional liaise with banks and other financing institutions
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management
