Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing leadership, direction and advice to top management regarding finance and accounting requirements of concerned Business Unit of the company
∎ Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
∎ Prepare regular analysis of income and expenditure to assist management in the budget monitoring process
∎ Formulate and administer financial policy to ensure that financial discipline is observed in the concerned effectively and efficiently
∎ Understand financial laws, tax implications, and regulatory mechanisms around investments and advise management for necessary action to save cost & maximize gain
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to the Company Act, Income tax, Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Tax Return, VAT, Company Closing, Company law, etc.
∎ Maintaining liaison with clients, Tax Department and deal Company tax issues, direct Tax, and indirect Tax. Timely submission of the return for AIT, VAT etc.
∎ Costing, Fund Management, Investment, Tax, VAT, Banking issue, Annual Budget, Production analysis, Inventory, Business planning analysis, new project Viability analysis, Audit, Cost control, Asset Management, and make companies financial Report
∎ Identify areas of process improvement and cost reduction; guide the team to implement improvement measures
∎ Ensure all commercial activities (L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, negotiation to buyers and sellers, payment realization etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail
∎ Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport agents, insurance companies, VAT department, production department etc.
∎ Draw and implement strategies to maintain smooth cash flow throughout the year
∎ Identify and address financial risks and opportunities for the company
∎ Check all export documents required at different levels (Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan /Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, others certificate)
∎ Monitoring the financial performance of the operation on the company's ERP, analyze data, and prepare reports for the management and ERP Automation
∎ Any other task assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 10+ years working experience in a similar position
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): All activities related Bank, Customs, Import and Export, Government office, Supplier and Commercial activates etc.
