Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.
∎ Providing strategic recommendations to the Managing Director and Chairman as well as members of the executive management team.
∎ Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
∎ Advising on long term business and financial planning.
∎ Assist to the Audit committee and Board to present the financial statement and other financial relevant tools analysis as required by Audit committee and Board.
∎ To assist the Managing Director with forecasting cost benefit analysis and obtaining funding for various initiatives.
∎ To ensure all regulatory compliance relating to NBR, SEC, DSE, CSE, FRC and others relevant listing regulators’ association.
∎ Identify areas of process improvement and cost reduction; guide the team to implement improvement measures.
∎ Monitoring the financial performance of the operation on the company's ERP, analyze data, and prepare reports for the management and ERP Automation.
∎ Ensure all commercial activities (L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, negotiation to buyers and sellers, payment realization etc.) through overseas phone and e-mail.
∎ To maintain the Banking relationship for sound Treasury Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ You should be a Qualified at least 10 to 15 years of experience of which the last 3+ years should be at a CFO level.
∎ Apart from Finance & Controlling, you should have had rich experience in treasury management and making sound capital structure of the company.
∎ You should possess excellent commercial acumen and the ability to understand key business processes as well as be able to have strategic dialogues with various business heads.
∎ You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and you are comfortable in dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
