∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manages the Accounting Department, budget preparation, and auditing duties.
∎ Works with other department heads to monitor and make suggestions for each department.
∎ As a member of an executive management team, the CFO will deal with both senior and junior personnel of a corporation.
∎ Providing financial and accounting team leadership, guidance, and management.
∎ Directs the creation of all financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax and VAT returns, and reports to governmental agencies.
∎ Compares projected sales and profits to actual data, as well as planned and actual expenses, and makes or oversees any necessary modifications to future predictions and budgets.
∎ Examines the planning process and makes suggestions for improvements to present techniques.
∎ Analyzes operations to find areas that need to be reorganized, downsized, or eliminated.
∎ Coordinates planning with the Management Body and other executives to create priorities for the planning process.
∎ Long-term economic trends are studied and projected to have an influence on future sales and market share growth.
∎ Identifies prospects for product growth into new markets.
∎ Oversees fund investments and collaborates with investment bankers to seek extra funding for development.
∎ Making strategic suggestions to the Reporting Boss and the executive management team.
∎ Managing the financial planning and budgeting procedures, as well as managing the creation of all financial reporting.
∎ Providing long-term business and financial planning advice.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Firm, Media Agency, Group of Companies, MNC, Corporate Industry
∎ Must have knowledge about corporate finance, composite finance, SME finance, LC, LTR, UPAS LC, CC, Bank Guarantee, Business loan, Car loan, Personal Loan, Home Loan, all kind of term loan, funded or non-funded finance etc.
∎ Knowledge in GFET, import/export policy, TBML, CRM Policy, relevant circulars and guidelines (external and internal), loan documentation, etc.
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
∎ Proficiency in English language and a familiarity with the particular country environment as if effects development strategies;
∎ In-depth understanding of operational issues and policy work at state, national and international levels;
∎ Sound and up-to-date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies and techniques including demonstrated expertise;
∎ Excellent management leadership skills as well as facilitation and capacity building for inter-linkages between Senior Officials and Management/ BODs
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent Communication and Leadership skill.
∎ Must have a can-do attitude.
