∎ Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
∎ Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial laws.
∎ Lead financial reporting, investor relations, and capital-raising initiatives.
∎ Analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations to the management.
