Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting & Information System
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: FCA or FCMA or relevent other professional Degree
∎ Training/Trade Course: TAX, VAT and RJSC matters,Regulatory complience issues
∎ Skills Required: Accounting Software, Inventory management, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Group of Companies, Manufacturing Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn, Manufacturing (FMCG), Spinning, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Accounting, Tax & VAT system of all companies of the group.
∎ Develop required Internal Control Policy (ICP) in all department/Division in each company so that fraudulent transection arrest automatically.
∎ Formulate and implement Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of Financial Aspect.
∎ Work coordination with multiple departments such as Accounts, HR, Treasury & Factory
∎ Responsible for Costing, Fund Management, Investment, Banking issue, Budget, Production performance analysis, Inventory Management, Audit, Cost Control and Preparation of Financial Management and Budget.
∎ Maintain in-depth relation with various tire of Management.
∎ Direct and oversee all Finance and Accounts matter of all companies of the Group.
∎ Prepare and Presentation Company wise monthly accounts and comments within 5 working day of following month with ratio and variance analysis.
∎ Make report that deals with potential risks and solutions as well as the companies overall financial state and present those report to the executive board.
∎ Any other related job assigned by the Management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to Hard working, Proactive & ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have IT/PC literacy for performing digitally.
∎ Must have proper knowledge in Accounting, VAT, ERP software.
∎ Must have practical experience of preparing FS and VAT report as well as handling TAX, VAT office for smart, efficient and effective compliance at minimum cost.
