∎ After completion of professional certification, minimum 5-10 years of work experience in reputed Manufacturing Industries, Group of Companies.
∎ Age minimum 45 years.
∎ Preference shall be given to the candidates working as CFO / Deputy CFO / Head of Finance in any renowned company.
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;
∎ Strong command over MS Office specially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
∎ Excellent inter personal skills along with excellent proficiency in Bengali & English.
∎ Having strong problem-solving, organizational, research and decision-making skills.
∎ Self-motivated, energetic & dynamic personality who can perform assigned task under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Ability to work with Top Management.
∎ Leadership and Team Management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Financial Strategy:
∎ •Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, objectives, and goals.
∎ •Arrange & manage a high volume of bank loans and secure new financing opportunities, including international funding.
∎ •Offer strategic financial leadership and guidance to the Board of Directors.
∎ •Analyze financial trends and deliver insights to support informed decision-making.
∎ •Establishing strong financial control in every stage of money rolling.
∎ •Sound Knowledge on Bangladesh Bank Financial rules & regulations.
∎ Treasury and Cash Management:
∎ •Optimize capital structure and investment decisions.
∎ •Manage cash flow and liquidity to support the company's operations.
∎ •Oversee relationships with financial institutions (Bank, Financial institution)
∎ Operational Strategy:
∎ •In-depth understanding of operational issues and policy work at state, national and international levels;
∎ •To provide cost & benefit analysis for any new project and renewal of all services/leases/annual contracts that the Management undertakes for decision making.
∎ •Sound and up-to-date knowledge of development concepts, methodologies and techniques including demonstrated expertise.
∎ Controlling and Reporting:
∎ •Ensure compliance with accounting principles, financial reporting standards and applicable industry specific standards.
∎ •Communicate financial results and insights to the Management Committee and board.
∎ •Ensure satisfactory controls are introduced with substantiating documentation endorsement and accessible such that all buys may pass autonomous and legislative audits.
∎ •To Establish accurate daily/weekly/monthly/yearly MIS/ Financial Statement including Cash Flow Statement, Financial Report, Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Balance Sheet, Financial Analysis, Annual Budget and support the Management to identify the Control of Cost etc.
∎ Compliance and Risk Management:
∎ •Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies and legal requirements.
∎ •To monitor and ensure the compliance of the accounting procedure, financial reporting process and other relevant policies of the company.
∎ •Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
∎ •Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
∎ •To supervise and maintain the Fixed Assets of the Company with proper Inventory Management System.
∎ •To deal with the Matters related to Internal Audit, External Audit, Financial Institutes, Tax/VAT
