∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ • Master degree in Accounting with Preferred Professional Certification: ACA/FCA/ACMA/ FCMA. Accounts and Finance• Incumbent should have practical experience with SAP, accounting system through implementation of BAS, IAS,BFRS etc.• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Health Care sector. However Experience in any hospital will be given preference.• IT knowledge & one personal referee is essential.

∎ • Must have knowledge about corporate finance, LC, CC, Bank Guarantee, Business loan, Car loan & all kind of term loan, funded or non-funded finance etc.• Knowledge in GFET, import/export policy, TBML, CRM Policy, relevant circulars and guidelines external and internal), loan documentation, etc. • Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills;• Proficiency in English language and a familiarity with the particular country environment as if effects development strategies.

CHL is now searching a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) having robust professional attachment and well experience in health care sector depending on the following Job Responsibilities and Job Specifications:
∎ Overall responsibilities of management reporting covering all financial aspects.• Good Knowledge about financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control toobtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.• Monitor monthly performance reporting, financial statements and KPI's• Understand taxation policy and lead organization tax planning to gain maximum tax benefits withadherence to compliance of all Laws, Rules & Regulations.• Understand financial laws, tax implications, regulatory mechanisms around investments and advisemanagement for necessary action to save cost & maximize gain• Assure books/records and system are kept according to accounting standards• Review financial statements to prepare consolidated financial statements periodically.• Focus on cost saving, efficiency programs, Product profitability and Investment Analysis• Work with various department heads to upgrade internal controls, reporting systems, corporatepolicies & procedures and implementation of the same where needed.• Ensure proper JD and KPIs are set for subordinates, evaluate staff performance and provide feedback, mentor for improvement, ensure discipline, identify training needs & facilitate training, andmanage their career development.
