Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the accounting and fund management operations of the company, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and reporting process.
∎ Analyze Business results and prospects continuously and derive innovative ideas for the growth opportunities.
∎ Manage company funds to ensure its efficient ways at minimum costs.
∎ Maintain banking relationship and prepare periodic financial reports.
∎ Mange and supervise all accounts & Finance activities of the Company by leading the accounts department team.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Strong analytical and financial skills, practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, VAT and Banking.
∎ Manage vat & tax provision and tax compliance process&Advising on Tax & VAT planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize the Tax liability).
∎ Oversee monthly and yearly tax/VAT return submission, hearing and assessment finalization with VAT & Tax authority.
∎ Interact with internal & external Auditors from time to time and overseeing annual external audit
∎ Planning for long term and short term capital requirements
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management
