Develop and implement the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, investment prospects, and market expansion strategies.
Lead the company's growth initiatives, including land acquisition, project development, and strategic partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive advantage.
Oversee all business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, construction, customer service, and administration.
Ensure efficient utilization of company resources to achieve organizational goals.
Establish policies, procedures, and performance standards across all departments.
Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and oversee annual budgets, financial plans, and revenue targets.
Monitor financial performance, cash flow, profitability, and investment returns.
Approve major expenditures, investments, and contractual commitments.
Ensure financial sustainability and maximize shareholder value.
Supervise project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved.
Review and approve project feasibility studies, development plans, and investment proposals.

Qualification Preference:
