Responsibilities & Context:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and maximizing shareholder value while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development
  • Develop and implement the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic objectives.

  • Identify new business opportunities, investment prospects, and market expansion strategies.

  • Lead the company's growth initiatives, including land acquisition, project development, and strategic partnerships.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to maintain a competitive advantage.

Corporate Management & Operations
  • Oversee all business operations, including sales, marketing, finance, construction, customer service, and administration.

  • Ensure efficient utilization of company resources to achieve organizational goals.

  • Establish policies, procedures, and performance standards across all departments.

  • Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Financial Management
  • Develop and oversee annual budgets, financial plans, and revenue targets.

  • Monitor financial performance, cash flow, profitability, and investment returns.

  • Approve major expenditures, investments, and contractual commitments.

  • Ensure financial sustainability and maximize shareholder value.

Real Estate Development & Project Oversight
  • Supervise project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved.

  • Review and approve project feasibility studies, development plans, and investment proposals.

  • Ensure compliance with all construction, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Sales, Marketing & Customer Relations
  • Provide strategic direction for sales and marketing activities.

  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and revenue objectives.

  • Strengthen brand positioning and corporate reputation in the real estate market.

  • Oversee customer satisfaction and after-sales service initiatives.

Regulatory Compliance & Corporate Governance
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Maintain effective corporate governance practices.

  • Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and stakeholders.

  • Identify and mitigate business risks through effective risk management strategies.

Human Resource & Organizational Development
  • Build and lead a high-performing management team.

  • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and innovation.

  • Approve senior management appointments and succession planning initiatives.

  • Evaluate organizational performance and implement workforce development strategies.

Stakeholder Management
  • Represent the company before investors, government authorities, business partners, and industry associations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with shareholders, board members, and key stakeholders.

  • Negotiate and finalize strategic agreements, partnerships, and major business transactions.

Reporting To

  • Board of Directors / Chairman

  • Revenue and profit growth.

Qualification Preference:

  • Master's degree in Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 20+ years of senior leadership experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.

  • Strong strategic planning, financial management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
