Job Context: We are looking for a CEO for AFPL who will lead and oversee all aspects of the company's operations, strategy, and growth. This role involves leadership, financial management, client relations and compliance with local laws and industry standards. The CEO will ensure the company’s sustainability and profitability in a dynamic and challenging economic environment. Reporting to the Managing Director, the CEO shall play a critical role in positioning the company as one of the leading security service providers in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

·   Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategic plan in line with the management’s vision. Set goals for business growth, profitability and market presence.

·   Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the company’s services including entering new markets and regions.

·   Drive innovation in service delivery, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

·   Oversee the operations to ensure that all services meet client expectations and are delivered efficiently and cost-effectively.

·   Identify potential risks to the business and implement strategies to mitigate them, including ensuring the safety of clients and personnel.

·   Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Ensure the financial health of the company.

·   Monitor the company’s financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability, reduce costs and manage expenses.

·   Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with the company’s services.

·   Ensure the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in Bangladesh, including labor laws and security regulations.

·   Oversee the recruitment, training and management of security personnel, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.

·   Foster a positive work environment and culture, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and retention.

·   Enhance the company’s brand image and reputation in the market.

Educational Requirements:

·   Post Graduation degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

-Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in security services, defense operations, risk management, or corporate security management.

-At least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive position with proven responsibility for operations, financial performance, and people management.
