Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare customized meal plans for Honorable directors based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs.
∎ Introduce new menu items and update the existing menu.
∎ Plan for meal ingredients and ensure the availability of necessary kitchen tools and equipment.
∎ Prepare meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations.
∎ Cook and monitor all cooking-related activities.
∎ Clean and sanitize work areas before and after meal preparation.
∎ Must be experienced in Resort/Hotel Industry/Catering Industry.
∎ Having Diploma in Hotel Management will provide an added advantage.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
∎ Knowledge of food and hygiene regulations.
