Job Context:

City Kebab and Cafe is looking for a talented and experienced chef who specializes in preparing Indian-style Dosa and a variety of egg-based dishes. This role requires a deep understanding of South Indian cuisine, particularly dosa varieties, and innovative egg preparations to serve our diverse customer base in Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook different types of Dosa, including Masala Dosa, Cheese Dosa, Egg Dosa, Plain Dosa, etc.

• Create and serve various egg dishes such as omelets, egg curry, boiled egg dishes, egg bhurji, egg toast, etc.

• Ensure excellent taste, portion, and hygienic preparation of every dish

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

• Innovate and introduce new Dosa and egg dishes to enhance menu variety

• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operation during peak hours

• Control waste and manage raw material usage efficiently

• Monitor inventory levels and inform management of timely restocking

• Ensure timely preparation and presentation of food items
