Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and ensure comprehensive patient assessment, care, and documentation as per JCI standards.
Conduct daily nursing rounds, attend consultant rounds and ensure timely execution of medical instructions.
Monitor dialysis procedures including hemodialysis, CRRT/ARRT, and portable dialysis, ensuring strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.
Assist physicians during dialysis-related procedures and emergency situations.
Manage nursing manpower, prepare monthly rosters, and ensure appropriate nurse–patient ratios.
Maintain inventory of equipment, consumables, and medications, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, PCI guidelines and JCI accreditation standards.
