• Financial Strategy and Planning: Developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals, including long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. 
• Financial Management: Overseeing all aspects of the company's finances, including cash flow management, investment activities, and risk management. 
• Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial reports to Management
• Compliance: Ensuring the company adheres to all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards and tax laws. 
• Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring the finance team, fostering a strong internal control environment, and driving process improvements. 
• Internal Controls: Establishing and maintaining robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud. 
• Cost Optimization: Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements across the organization. 
• Stakeholder Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks, developing risk management strategies, and ensuring appropriate insurance coverage. 
• Strategic Input: Providing strategic financial advice to the Management to support business decision-making.
