Job Context:
∎ Birds Group is seeking hardworking and energetic candidates for the following Position:
∎ CCTV Surveillance Officer.
∎ Shift: 12 Hours

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Proactively Monitor CC camera on a daily basis and also mark unusual activities or visitors, Detect fire hazards, trespassing, illegal parking, observe screening procedures at different entry points of the compound
∎ 2. Must be able to identify and react to the varied sounds of alerts and alarms.
∎ 3. Must have the manual dexterity to operate monitors, computers, controllers, and cameras.
∎ 4. Must be able to work an entire shift sitting in front of large groupings of monitors.
∎ 5. Basic Knowledge about DVR, CC Camera, and hardware related works
∎ 6. Excellent vision including peripheral, and be able to meet the physical demand when necessary.
∎ 7. must be professional and ALERT AT ALL TIMES. Sleeping on duty is not allowed.
∎ 8. never to leave their place of duty until they have been properly relieved by another CCTV Surveillance Officer, regardless of the situation.
∎ 9. provide effective cover for Shift in Charge when he/she will be out of office
∎ 10. Directly responsible for the accurate documentation of routine, and unusual, events occurring on, or near, the facilities (accomplished via shift reports, pass-downs logs, incident reports, incident reports logs, or other established methods)
∎ 11. Must be able to observe and recall specific detailed incidents and persons.
∎ 12. Must be able to hear, answer, and react to radio calls and telephone calls.
∎ 13. Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
∎ 14. Must be computer literate and be able to type at a reasonable speed.
∎ 15. must maintain Confidentiality and integrity of the surveillance department.
∎ 16. Prepares additional reports when applicable.
∎ 17. Conducts video reviews as assigned.
∎ 18. Documents equipment malfunctions.
∎ 19. Strict, Detail Oriented, Ethical and Conscientious, reliable /dependable
∎ 20. will be expected to perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Keen observer, communication

Salary: Negotiable
