∎ Technical proficiency with CCTV equipment and video management software.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication for clear reporting and coordination.
∎ Ability to remain calm and make informed decisions under pressure.
∎ Basic troubleshooting skills and familiarity with data protection rules.
∎ Exceptional attention to detail and observational awareness.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Administer and monitor CCTV operations of the company.
∎ Capable of setting up CCTV operation and maintenance.
∎ Analyze video footage when any incident occurs.
∎ Monitor activities through cameras and inform management of any suspicious or unusual activities.
∎ Possess knowledge of network fundamentals and general network/device configuration.
∎ Record all incidents in a register book.
∎ Prepare a monthly report of all incidents and send it to the concerned authority.
∎ Maintain an updated daily log of monitoring activities, including the operational status of cameras and servers, using MS excel.
∎ Prepare detailed monthly incident reports and share them with authority.
∎ Coordinate with the technical team to address any malfunctions in CCTV equipment promptly.
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of improved surveillance protocols to enhance security measures.
